This policy explains what personal data DropGen AG ("we", "us") collects through dropgen.ch, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect through this site is what you choose to submit via the contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• The message you write to us

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not build visitor profiles.

Why we process it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. If you tick "send me a copy," we also send a confirmation copy of your own message back to the email address you provided. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 6 revFADP).

Who else sees it

We use the following third-party services to operate this site and process your enquiry. Each acts as a processor on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides Turnstile, a spam/bot-protection check on the contact form. Cloudflare may process a limited technical signal (not the message content) to verify you're not a bot.
• Resend — delivers the contact form's emails to our inbox (and your confirmation copy, if requested). Resend processes the message content solely to transmit it by email.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and any resulting email correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry develops into an ongoing relationship with us — for example a partnership, investment, or customer relationship — we retain the related correspondence for as long as that relationship lasts, plus a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or contractual purposes.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived technical cookie/token strictly to verify the contact form isn't being submitted by a bot.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
